About Chay's Delight
Chay’s Delight by LJI Food Corp. started from a love of Filipino food and a deep passion for cooking for family and friends.
In 1996, Mike and Chay Leoncio immigrated from the Philippines to Vancouver, B.C. It wasn’t until 2018 when they decided to take the leap and pursue their true passion: food.
With their closest friends, they started LJI Food Corporation. They wanted to create a unique variety of Filipino foods that combines authentic Filipino taste with fresh, Canadian ingredients—made ready for everyday life.
